Return and Refund Policy for Simply Moolish:
At Simply Moolish, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the original condition.
- Tags and labels should be intact.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items: Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item

- Prepare Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send It Back: Ship the item back to our warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you need a different size or color of the same item. To exchange an item:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once we approve your request, ship the item back to us.
- We’ll send out the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.
Please note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.
